How far in advance can I book?+
Rides can be reserved between 2 and 24 hours before pickup. This lets Tony prepare and guarantees your spot. Same-day bookings are fine as long as you're at least 2 hours out.
What if I need to cancel?+
You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before your scheduled pickup. After that, please text Tony directly — he may already be on his way.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit/debit card (via Stripe link sent after the ride), cash or Zelle to tony.barretor@gmail.com, or Square reader in person. Your choice — no tip expected but always appreciated.
Are you insured?+
Yes. The vehicle carries standard California auto insurance. Drimov is a personal driver service — Tony is the only driver. Every trip gets his full attention.
What if I need a ride right now?+
Drimov is scheduled-only (2–24 hours advance). For an immediate ride, text Tony at (415) 555-0100 — he may have availability, and you can still get a fare estimate from the form above.
